Product Growth Hacker
Crypto.com is dedicated to driving the global transition to cryptocurrency and is currently looking to expand the team for their Exchange App. We are seeking a Growth Marketing Hacker to take charge of the go-to-market strategy, lifecycle initiatives, and product positioning to support worldwide user growth and engagement as our reach expands.
This position requires a blend of product expertise, data analysis, and creativity, making it an ideal fit for a strategic marketer who excels in dynamic and high-responsibility environments. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers and growth teams to synchronize feature launches, growth campaigns, and user insights to develop compelling narratives that resonate with diverse user groups around the world.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Positioning:
- Collaborate with product and strategy teams to lead the roadmap for the Exchange (Advanced) vertical.
- Formulate value propositions that set our platform apart in a competitive global market.
- Define user personas in partnership with data, analytics, and product teams and outline tailored user journeys for various segments.
- Drive creative and copy positioning and provide briefs for growth teams to execute impactful localized campaigns.
- Coordinate with product managers on roadmap priorities and incorporate customer feedback loops.
- Launch Execution:
- Manage go-to-market planning for feature releases in conjunction with the product team.
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns across various channels for user acquisition, spanning in-app, email, web, social media, and earned media.
- Ensure campaign timing, scalability, and data-driven decisions by collaborating with marketing, growth, and product teams.
- Adapt messaging for region-specific launches in coordination with local market teams and growth efforts.
- Customer Insights & Market Intelligence:
- Analyze market trends and conduct competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Conduct user interviews, feedback loops, and surveys to enhance understanding of user pain points and refine UX/messaging.
- Share insights with product and growth teams to guide prioritization and positioning.
- Growth & Retention:
- Design lifecycle programs to enhance user activation, trading volume, and long-term retention.
- Create promotions, streaks, and incentives to incentivize engagement and increase retention.
- Collaborate with data, analytics, and product teams to optimize onboarding and reactivation processes by identifying drop-off points.
- Performance & Reporting:
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) across various metrics with Growth and Product teams, including funnel metrics, retention, and campaign impact.
- Utilize reporting tools like GA4, Tableau, Mixpanel and collaborate with analytics and product teams to iterate quickly on improvements.
Requirements:
- 3-to-5 years of product marketing experience, with a preference for a background in crypto.
- Demonstrated track record in launching and scaling B2C products or platforms sustainably.
- Exceptional communication and copywriting skills to simplify complex concepts and create impactful stories.
- Strong collaborative skills with experience in multidisciplinary fast-paced environments.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in marketing analytics and user research.
- Experience within regulated industries or financial services is a plus.
- Bonus: Familiarity with community-driven growth or a native understanding of the crypto industry.
