**Role **

We are in search of a Product Lead to steer and shape the strategic direction of our Node Services product vertical, aimed at enhancing user interactions with blockchains on a daily basis. The Node Services team manages billions of API requests daily, serving as a pivotal part of the infrastructure underpinning the entire blockchain ecosystem. Collaborating with a highly skilled cross-functional team, you will utilize your leadership, analytical, and technical abilities to develop and implement a strategic roadmap for one of Alchemy's core teams.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic direction for Alchemy's most significant and impactful product and engineering team, based on customer insights, data analysis, and collaboration with internal teams.
• Work closely with senior leadership to drive transformative initiatives.
• Lead and support a team of Product Managers within the Node Services domain.
• Contribute to the long-term product strategy across Alchemy's product offerings.
• Elevate product excellence standards by implementing best practices continually.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of product management experience.
• At least 3 years of managerial experience.
• Previous product management involvement in high-growth startups and developer tools or APIs at scale.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in analyzing unstructured data.
• Strong customer-centric approach and the ability to balance quality and speed in product delivery.
• Enthusiasm for blockchain technologies is a plus.
• Prior experience as a founder is a bonus.

The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $135,000 - $350,000 annually, excluding bonuses, equity, or benefits. Individual salary considerations will be based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and business requirements.
