Product Management Lead

We're seeking a driven individual to lead our Solana NFT marketplace product as a Product Management Lead. You should have a deep understanding of the Solana ecosystem, a passion for NFTs, and the ability to immerse yourself in the web3 ecosystem, including technology, community, users, and culture. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the vision and strategy of Magic Eden's largest business line while being supported by a talented cross-functional team.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the Solana NFT secondary trading marketplace product at Magic Eden.
• Stay up-to-date with NFT, crypto industry, and Solana ecosystem trends and competitor activities through market research.
• Define the product vision, roadmap, and goals in alignment with the company's overall strategy. Identify growth and innovation opportunities.
• Shape the future of NFTs on Solana by exploring new user segments, forms of NFT trading, asset classes, and experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and implement new initiatives, features, and improvements.
• Work closely with Engineering, Solana GM, Business Development, Marketing, Operations, and founders to develop effective go-to-market strategies.

What we're looking for:

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
• Strong passion and understanding of marketplace dynamics, NFT trading, and concepts like supply/demand dynamics and liquidity.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the crypto and/or NFT industry. Deep passion for NFTs and web3.
• In-depth knowledge of the Solana ecosystem and ability to immerse yourself in its technology, community, and dev/creator community.
• Experience in optimizing and growing two-sided marketplaces.

Please note that the base salary for this role will vary based on factors such as geography and experience. The estimated base salary range is $215,000 to $250,000. In addition to the base salary, equity options are also available, and the final offer will be determined at the company's discretion, taking into account various factors.
