Product Manager

BitGo is a renowned company specializing in digital asset financial services for institutional investors, offering liquidity, custody, and security solutions. Established in 2013, BitGo is recognized for introducing the multi-signature wallet and being the first digital asset firm dedicated to serving institutional clients. With a strong presence in both centralized and decentralized finance, BitGo provides market-leading trading, lending, and borrowing services via its prime brokerage offerings. Additionally, BitGo serves as the custodian for WBTC, a globally leading stablecoin for Bitcoin. The company also launched innovative products like BitGo Portfolio and Tax in 2020. BitGo's services cater to over 1500 institutional clients across 50 countries and support a vast number of coins and tokens.

Currently, we are expanding our Product division and seeking Product Managers to enhance our teams in various verticals. This is a fully onsite position based in our Manhattan office.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team comprising engineers and other cross-functional representatives to develop coins infrastructure, DeFi solutions, and wallets for both institutional and retail clients
• Identify and capitalize on key opportunities in a challenging landscape, build agreement on the roadmap, and collaborate with your team to achieve objectives
• Take ownership of the roadmap, strategy, and implementation for your designated domain
• Define success criteria for the team, establish metrics, and devise processes to monitor progress and goal attainment

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of project leadership involving cross-functional teams
• Proven background in ideating vision and strategy for products and successfully introducing them to the market
• Outstanding communication and organizational abilities
• Versatile background with a proactive approach to tasks, whether related to design, QA planning, or client issue resolutions
• Proficiency in fostering team efficiency within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Meticulous attention to detail while ensuring timely project completion
• Passion for advancing digital assets in the global economy
• Previous experience in Fintech or Blockchain sectors

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your level and location, the average compensation for this role ranges between $120,000 - $190,000 USD base salary. Additional components include equity, annual performance bonus, and the aforementioned benefits.
