The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and seasoned Product Manager to support the expansion of our Messari product suite. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a team of skilled engineers, product managers, designers, and business leaders.
As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and prioritizing the roadmap for Messari's complete product offerings, ensuring that high-impact features are consistently delivered to our customers. You will have the opportunity to shape our product experience by spearheading research, development, and implementation of new product features.
Responsibilities:
- Lead key projects and contribute to product evolution
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance and deliver impactful product features
- Gain deep insight into customer needs through feedback, data analysis, and regular interactions
- Manage product launch activities and seek feedback for continuous improvement
- Drive new product development from ideation to launch and analyze feature performance
- Develop a product strategy aligned with business goals using data-driven methods
- Work with design to validate product plans through testing and user research
- Monitor and adjust strategies based on impact metrics
- Contribute to product evangelism efforts including release notes, demos, and customer interactions
- Assist in developing tools to improve internal operations efficiency
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of product management experience
- Hands-on experience in building and refining SaaS products
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate customer challenges and decision rationale
- Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Deep analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
Salary Range:
$130,000 - $160,000+
