Product Manager

Eigen Labs is recognized as a prominent player in the blockchain industry, introducing EigenLayer as a groundbreaking solution to enhance crypto-economic security. EigenLayer aims to liberate blockchain projects from the constraints of the scaling trilemma and capital limitations by enabling services to leverage the robust security of the Ethereum trust network, facilitating scalability while ensuring security and decentralization.

Our Product team at Eigen Labs is dedicated to expanding the platform to accommodate 1 billion users. We are in search of a skilled Product Manager with a strong customer focus to drive the development of our product line and collaborate effectively with engineering teams. This role will be pivotal in implementing best practices and top-tier Product strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish Clear Objectives: Define success metrics for the product and collaborate with engineering to set milestones and objectives aligned with customer needs.
• Strategic Prioritization: Develop and utilize a scalable framework to prioritize features and enhancements that align with the product's objectives.
• Foster Internal Communication: Ensure all stakeholders comprehend the product vision and its impact on their tasks.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Base product decisions on data and customer feedback to maintain top standards of usability and performance.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience:
• 5-7 years of product management experience within the tech sector.
• Demonstrated experience managing products in fast-growing tech startups.
• Strong technical expertise collaborating closely with engineering teams.
• Competencies:
• Exceptional skill in defining product vision and strategy.
• Proven track record of successfully launching products from ideation to market success.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
• Data-centric approach with robust analytical capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Deep customer empathy and advocacy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Profound understanding of blockchain technology, particularly Ethereum.
• Experience with Ethereum and other PoS blockchain protocols.

The annual base salary for this role ranges from $150,000 to $250,000. Additional benefits may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and specific program awards.
