Our Product team at Eigen Labs is dedicated to expanding the platform to accommodate 1 billion users. We are in search of a skilled Product Manager with a strong customer focus to drive the development of our product line and collaborate effectively with engineering teams. This role will be pivotal in implementing best practices and top-tier Product strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish Clear Objectives: Define success metrics for the product and collaborate with engineering to set milestones and objectives aligned with customer needs.
- Strategic Prioritization: Develop and utilize a scalable framework to prioritize features and enhancements that align with the product's objectives.
- Foster Internal Communication: Ensure all stakeholders comprehend the product vision and its impact on their tasks.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Base product decisions on data and customer feedback to maintain top standards of usability and performance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience:
- 5-7 years of product management experience within the tech sector.
- Demonstrated experience managing products in fast-growing tech startups.
- Strong technical expertise collaborating closely with engineering teams.

The annual base salary for this role ranges from $150,000 to $250,000. Additional benefits may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and specific program awards.
