Product Manager (AI)

** About the Role:**

We are looking for a driven Product Manager to join our Product team and spearhead the integration of cutting-edge artificial intelligence within the Crypto.com App. As the strategic liaison between our AI capabilities and the user experience, you will collaborate with Product Managers across the ecosystem to infuse intelligence into our core features. Your goal is to craft a unified AI strategy that enhances both operational efficiency and delivers a personalized user journey for our global audience.

The ideal candidate should have a solid grasp of generative AI technologies and data infrastructure, along with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives. While familiarity with crypto trading ecosystems is beneficial, a genuine enthusiasm for reshaping fintech experiences through AI is imperative.

Responsibilities

• Collaboration: Work alongside Product Leads to identify AI integration opportunities for a seamless user experience.
• Product Strategy: Devise and execute strategies for customer-facing AI and data products that balance long-term innovation with immediate gains.
• AI Implementation: Collaborate with AI/ML researchers to embed generative AI models into core features effectively.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead diverse teams in Engineering, Data Infrastructure, and Design to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user requirements.
• Operational Enhancement: Scale AI-powered tools and automate verification processes to boost efficiency without compromising user experience.
• Data-Driven Iteration: Establish success metrics, monitor product performance, and drive continuous experimentation for optimal feature enhancements.
• Trust & Security: Ensure all AI-driven products adhere to global standards for data privacy and ethical AI practices.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Product Management, particularly within AI, fintech, or high-growth data platforms.
• AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of generative AI fundamentals and experience with deploying AI models in production environments.
• Collaborative Skills: Proven ability to influence and cooperate with diverse teams to bring complex features to fruition.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with AI Agent tools and optimization of user workflows through automation.
• Strategic Execution: Ability to manage high-level strategy while remaining hands-on with product delivery.
• User-Centric Focus: Passion for translating technical solutions into impactful, user-friendly experiences.
• Domain Experience: Prior experience in delivering customer-facing AI products is preferred; knowledge of crypto ecosystems is a bonus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field; advanced degrees are advantageous.
