Product Manager (AI Product)

They are currently seeking a Product Manager who excels at bridging customer empathy with swift technical prototyping. Whether you have prior experience as a PM or are transitioning from a developer/sales leadership role, they are seeking an individual who thrives envisioning the future of AI.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Customer Feedback Loop: Engage directly with enterprise stakeholders, analyze their processes, provide constructive feedback on ineffective requests, and distill these insights into a clear product vision.
• Drive Innovation: Utilize "vibe coding" (Cursor/Claude Code) to swiftly iterate on concepts, validating technical feasibility before involving the core engineering team.
• Develop a Competitive Advantage: Arm the sales and marketing teams with a strategic guide on why our solutions surpass others in the market.
• Ensure Tangible ROI: Collaborate closely with solution consultants to ensure clients are not just engaged but are also experiencing a substantial positive impact on their financial performance.
• Maintain Alignment: Serve as the key liaison within the project, ensuring seamless coordination between engineers, designers, and executives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields with a blend of technical and business coursework being highly valued.
• Proficiency in embeddings, prompt tuning, agents, tool calling, and MCP concepts.
• Proficient in "vibe coding" and adept at using AI-assisted tools to move swiftly and independently test ideas.
• Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English, capable of navigating discussions at varied levels from C-suite strategy sessions to backend architecture conversations.
• Ability to drive ideas forward with agility, display strong organizational skills, and maintain composure under pressure.
