We're combining advanced data infrastructure and real-time intelligence to unlock new trading possibilities. About the Role:We're looking for a tech-savvy, investor-facing leader with an engineering background to represent us on the frontlines. This is not a research role it's about amplifying our voice, building relationships, and being the bridge between our technology and the world. Key Responsibilities:1）Represent us externally at hackathons, pitch events, conferences, and investor meetings.2）Be our lead evangelist clearly explaining our tech vision to both technical and non-technical audiences.3）Drive fundraising efforts with compelling presentations, clear strategy narratives, and investor Q&A.4）Partner closely with engineering/product to demo the platform, shape the roadmap, and turn market feedback into action. Requirements:1）Strong engineering background (AI, blockchain, data infrastructure, or similar).2）Proven experience in investor-facing roles, including fundraising and pitching.3）Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a track record of representing projects publicly.4）Experience participating in or leading hackathons, demos, and tech events.5）Understanding of consumer behavior data in gaming and apps is a plus.6）Familiarity with Web3, crypto, and developer communities. Compensation:Competitive salary + equity + team token + and performance-based incentives.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the team's roadmap, milestones, and strategic priorities, ensuring alignment

Responsibilities:

Act as the key technical support contact for customer-reported issues related to the CloudZero product suite, covering integrations with AWS, GCP, Azure, MongoDB, and Datadog.

Develop expertise on cloud cost sources and the FinOps/cloud cost management landscape.

Manage support requests efficiently, prioritize critical issues, ensure adherence to SLAs, and guide colleagues on effective queue management.

Identify, document, and escalate bugs in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements:

Mandatory Skills:

Advanced/Fluent proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.

4+ years of experience in senior technical support or support engineering roles for B2B SaaS products.

Hands-on experience supporting cloud services, particularly AWS; familiarity with GCP and Azure is a bonus.

Proficient in utilizing support tools such as browser developer tools, application logs, and performance management tools like Datadog or New Relic.

Ability to query relational databases (e.g., SQL) for troubleshooting and analysis.

Experience in debugging API calls and scripts, especially in Python.

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and capability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

About the Role

We are in search of a highly skilled and creative individual to fill the position of CRM MarTech Manager within our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the CRM Martech & Projects Director, the chosen candidate will have a crucial role in implementing our CRM strategies, starting from defining business requirements to final execution.

As an integral part of the CRM team, the CRM MarTech Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, product, data, growth, and tech teams to drive meaningful engagements. Strong analytical skills for querying complex datasets using SQL.

Ability to translate CRM requirements into Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).

Proficient in project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.

Self-motivated with a proactive attitude, always seeking innovative solutions to overcome challenges with minimal supervision.
