Product Manager, Cash & Transfers

Our Product Management team is responsible for driving product initiatives from their conception through to execution, making crucial impacts and successfully launching products and features on a global scale. We closely collaborate with a diverse range of team members, including engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and various cross-functional teams, to deliver exceptional features and products.

We are seeking Product Managers who can lead product initiatives from inception to execution, offering a unique chance to shape and oversee an innovative platform that aims to revolutionize the financial landscape. This role allows you to drive significant impacts and introduce products and features globally, working closely with diverse team members to consistently deliver outstanding results.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the team’s roadmap, milestones, and strategic priorities, ensuring smooth progress
• Define features, draft product specifications, conduct user studies, incorporate feedback, create test plans with QA, manage backlog, and deliver products/features within set timelines
• Engage with customers through interviews to build empathy and ensure their needs are met
• Appropriately prioritize initiatives and projects, making necessary tradeoffs
• Conduct market research and analysis
• Represent the team in communication with cross-functional teams and manage specific product features

Job Requirements

• Adopt a data-informed approach with a user-centered perspective
• Have a strong interest in creating exceptional customer-facing products and experiences
• Previous experience in successfully launching and iterating on software or financial products at scale
• Demonstrate leadership qualities, taking initiative, achieving results, and pushing boundaries when required
• Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, engineers, QA, Marketing, compliance, and growth teams
• Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Preferred domain knowledge in banking systems or crypto transfers
