Product Manager, Cash & Transfers

Our Product Management team leads product initiatives from concept to delivery, driving impact and launching products/features globally. We work collaboratively with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional features and products.

We are seeking Product Managers to spearhead product initiatives throughout their lifecycle. This role offers a unique chance for individuals with a forward-thinking mindset to design and oversee a revolutionary platform that transforms the approach to financial transactions. As a Product Manager, you will make a tangible impact and introduce products/features worldwide. Your responsibilities will include close collaboration with various teams to deliver outstanding features and products.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the team’s roadmap in alignment with strategic priorities
• Define features, draft product specifications, conduct user studies, incorporate feedback, assist in creating test plans with QA, manage the backlog, and ensure timely delivery of products/features
• Engage in customer interviews to cultivate empathy and address their needs effectively
• Appropriately prioritize initiatives and projects while considering necessary tradeoffs
• Conduct market research and analysis
• Act as the team’s representative in communicating with cross-functional teams
• Manage specific features within a product line

• Proven experience in successfully launching and refining software or financial products at scale
• Exhibit leadership by taking initiative, achieving results, and pushing boundaries when necessary
• Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, engineers, QA, Marketing, compliance, and growth teams
• Possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Preferred domain knowledge in banking systems or crypto transfers
• Demonstrate humility in your work and interactions with others
