Product Manager, Cash & Transfers

We are seeking Product Managers to lead product initiatives from conception to delivery within our Product Management team. This role presents a unique chance to spearhead the development of an innovative platform that revolutionizes financial interactions globally. You will have the opportunity to drive impacts, introduce new products/features, and engage with a diverse range of team members to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the team's roadmap, milestones, and dependencies aligned with strategic goals
• Create product specifications, conduct user studies, refine based on feedback, coordinate with QA for test plans, manage the backlog, and ensure timely product launches
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure product alignment
• Prioritize projects effectively, considering necessary tradeoffs
• Conduct market research and analysis
• Act as the liaison between the team and other cross-functional groups
• Oversee specific features within a product lineup

Requirements

• Utilize data-driven insights with a user-centric mindset
• Demonstrate a passion for crafting exceptional customer experiences
• Experience in launching and improving software or financial products on a large scale
• Exhibit leadership qualities, willingness to take the lead, achieve results, and challenge boundaries
• Foster effective collaboration with various teams including designers, engineers, QA, Marketing, compliance, and growth departments
• Holds a Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent experience
• Knowledge in banking systems or cryptocurrency transfers is advantageous
• Approach work with humility and promote respectful interactions with others
