Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Product Manager for our CCIP launch and growth. The main responsibilities will involve continuously developing and enhancing the product roadmap for various new features aimed at token issuers and end users. This role will also focus on improving the CCIP developer experience and understanding the complexities of integrating with different blockchain networks. A key aspect of this role is collaborating cross-functionally with teams like Go to Market and Engineering to ensure the successful execution and delivery of these strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in launching and expanding web3 products, exceptional skills in cross-functional collaboration, and a thorough understanding of blockchain technology.
Your Impact
- Develop a detailed roadmap for significant CCIP initiatives
- Lead the execution of the roadmap by cooperating with various teams to ensure a smooth integration process
- Engage with both internal stakeholders and external partners for effective communication of product updates and gathering feedback
- Keep abreast of the crypto consumer landscape, particularly DeFi and NFTs, to influence product strategy and enhancements to the CCIP Explorer
- Leverage your technical expertise in blockchain technology to quickly grasp CCIP and its cross-chain bridging capabilities
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Minimum of 4 years of Product Management experience, demonstrating a track record of handling complex product launches and engaging with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in technical aspects to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
- Demonstrated success in launching and growing consumer products, ideally within the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry
- Ability to work seamlessly across different teams, especially in collaboration with Marketing, to drive product growth
- Extensive knowledge and experience with web3 and blockchain, having ideally participated in protocol development or active usage at the very least
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and integrators
