The Role

Chainlink Labs is seeking product managers with an entrepreneurial spirit to drive product initiatives across the company. As a Product Manager for Data Products, you will play a pivotal role at the intersection of data, operations, and distributed systems within the cutting-edge blockchain ecosystem. Acting as a linchpin between engineers, integration teams, sales teams, and other stakeholders, you will define, communicate, and facilitate execution of operational and data roadmaps.

Your Impact

  • Responsible for defining product feature requirements and stories to ensure team success
  • Oversee operational work for Compute and Data products, including new data feeds and product configurations
  • Manage project-based work like version upgrades and migrations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish priorities aligned with the company's vision
  • Balance investments between new tooling and improvements for existing products

Requirements

  • Background in Git programming, software development, or data engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years product management experience and demonstrated leadership in fast-moving environments
  • Proficiency in sprint/agile methodologies and driving impactful product releases
  • Strong communication skills across teams and ability to anticipate and resolve roadblocks
  • Knowledge of EVM-based chains and decentralized oracle networks
  • Familiarity with solidity-based smart contracts and blockchain application development
  • Fast learner with strong multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Emphasis on simplicity and clear communication of technical concepts
  • Passion for blockchain technology
