Description
Job Summary:
A game technology company focused on creating gaming experiences powered by distributed ledger technology is looking for a Product Manager/Feature Designer to join their team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development of new game titles, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives and enhance the player experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the design document for new game titles in partnership with the Game Director.
- Lead the implementation of key game features and associated go-to-market strategies.
- Utilize data analytics to optimize live game features, events, and updates for increased player engagement and revenue.
- Work closely with design, engineering, and data teams to transform high-level concepts into detailed feature designs.
- Create and maintain clear game specifications, oversee feature iterations, and provide timely feedback.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance roadmap features and introduce innovative ideas.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in product management or design within the free-to-play gaming sector (prior exposure to web3, digital assets, and trading preferred).
- Proficient in business statistics, data interpretation, Excel (knowledge of SQL is beneficial).
- Deep understanding of free-to-play mobile Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and their interplay.
- Strong communication skills to effectively explain decisions and align team members.
- Skilled in project management, including tradeoff assessment, risk management, and delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to design player experiences that encourage positive behaviors.
