We are in search of a proactive Growth Product Manager specializing in Derivatives Products to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate must possess a profound comprehension of financial markets, especially derivatives instruments, and a successful history of stimulating growth initiatives in a product management role. The position demands strategic vision, strong analytical abilities, and effective cross-functional collaboration to steer product improvements and user expansion.

Responsibilities

• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analyses to recognize trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape in the derivatives market, utilizing findings to guide product strategy and prioritize growth projects.

• Product Strategy: Formulate and execute a robust product strategy concentrated on boosting growth and engaging users in derivatives products. Coordinate with stakeholders to outline product roadmaps and highlight feature development priorities.

• User Acquisition: Spearhead campaigns to attract new users for derivatives products through various channels like digital marketing, partnerships, and user referrals. Formulate strategies to optimize user acquisition expenses and enhance conversion rates.

• Product Enhancements: Collaborate with diverse teams including engineering, design, and data science to envision, prioritize, and implement product enhancements. Continuously refine the product to enhance user experience and increase engagement.

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Employ data analytics and user insights to make well-informed decisions regarding product features, pricing strategies, and user acquisition techniques. Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet growth objectives.

• Stakeholder Management: Cooperate with internal stakeholders such as marketing, sales, and finance to align growth ventures with overarching business objectives. Effectively communicate product updates and performance indicators to senior management.

• Compliance and Risk Management: Verify that derivatives products meet regulatory requirements and adhere to risk management standards. Stay informed about regulatory adjustments and collaborate with compliance teams to implement necessary changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in financial services product management, specifically with derivatives products.
• Profound expertise in derivatives instruments like options, futures, and swaps, and their applications in financial markets.
• Track record of driving user acquisition and growth initiatives for digital products or services.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with effective cross-team collaboration abilities.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies and product management tools.
• Proficient in thriving within a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapting to shifting priorities.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management principles in derivatives trading, with preference for knowledge of the US market.
