Position Overview

As a valuable member of the Xapo Bank team, the Product Manager for Treasury and Corporate Accounts will have a pivotal role in optimizing fund deployment for the internal Treasury team. This position will involve leading the product discovery and MVP development for a novel corporate account offering that mirrors a treasury account's functions. Close collaboration with diverse teams is essential for the successful launching and ongoing enhancement of our treasury and corporate account products.

Responsibilities

• Treasury Optimization: Close alignment with the Treasury team to enhance fund deployment strategies through process development and tool implementation.
• Product Discovery and Development: In charge of comprehensive product research for corporate accounts functioning like treasury accounts - defining MVP features and crafting a potential roadmap.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market analyses to identify trends, customer requirements, and opportunities for innovative products.
• Product Development Support: Collaborate with various teams to establish solid product requirements, user stories, and feature prioritization - involving legal, compliance, risk management teams for launches and adherence to standards.
• Product Testing and Quality Assurance: Ensure thorough testing and quality assurance for new products and feature updates to maintain high performance, security, and reliability standards.
• Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Track key performance indicators, user engagement metrics, and feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive product optimization.

Skills Needed
