This position requires a marketer who excels in dynamic, high-responsibility environments and possesses a blend of product, data, and creative skills. You will collaborate closely with product managers and growth teams to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse user segments worldwide.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Positioning
Collaborate with product and strategy teams to steer the Exchange (Advanced) vertical roadmap.
Develop unique value propositions to set our platform apart in the competitive global market.
Work with data, analytics, and product teams to define user personas and tailor personalized user journeys.
Lead creative and copy positioning efforts for impactful, localized growth campaigns.
Align with product managers on roadmap priorities and user feedback loops.
Launch Execution
Partner with the product team to organize go-to-market plans for feature launches.
Develop integrated marketing campaigns across various channels for user acquisition.
Ensure campaigns are timely, scalable, and data-driven by collaborating with marketing, growth, and product teams.
Adapt messaging for region-specific rollouts in coordination with local market teams.
Customer Insights & Market Intelligence
Conduct market trend analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities and threats.
Gather user feedback through interviews, surveys, etc., to improve user experience and messaging.
Share insights with product and growth teams for strategic prioritization and positioning.
Growth & Retention
Design lifecycle programs to boost user activation, trading volume, and long-term retention.
Develop promotions and incentive programs to enhance engagement and retention.
Collaborate with data, analytics, and product teams to optimize user onboarding and reactivation processes.
Performance & Reporting
Define KPIs collaborating with Growth and Product teams across metrics like the funnel, retention, and campaign impact.
Utilize tools like GA4, Tableau, Mixpanel for reporting and work closely with analytics and product teams for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, with a preference for a crypto background
- Demonstrated success in launching and scaling B2C products and driving sustainable adoption and revenue growth
- Strong communication and copywriting skills to convey complex ideas effectively and drive conversions
- Collaborative mindset with experience in cross-functional teamwork within fast-paced environments
- Analytical approach with expertise in marketing analytics and user research
- Experience in regulated industries or financial services is beneficial
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency or familiarity with community-driven growth is a plus
