Description
[Crypto.com] is seeking a skilled Growth Marketing Hacker to spearhead the go-to-market strategy, lifecycle initiatives, and product positioning for their Exchange App as part of their mission to drive global user growth and engagement within the cryptocurrency space. This role demands a dynamic marketer who excels in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment and amalgamates product, data, and creative elements effectively. Collaboration with product managers and growth teams is pivotal in creating compelling narratives that resonate with diverse user segments and geographies.
Responsibilities
- Strategy & Positioning
- Collaborate with product and strategy units to steer the roadmap for the Exchange (Advanced) vertical.
- Develop unique value propositions to set the platform apart in a competitive global market.
- Partner with data, analytics, and product departments to define user personas and create tailored customer journeys.
- Drive creative/copy positioning and brief submission for impactful and localized growth campaigns.
- Align closely with product managers on roadmap priorities and customer feedback loops.
- Launch Execution
- Manage go-to-market planning for feature launches in collaboration with the product team.
- Conceptualize integrated marketing campaigns spanning various channels for UA to execute efficiently.
- Ensure campaigns are timely, scalable, and data-driven in partnership with marketing, growth, and product teams.
- Adapt messaging for region-specific rollouts by collaborating with local market teams and growth units.
- Customer Insights & Market Intelligence
- Conduct market trend analysis and competitive benchmarking to detect opportunities and threats.
- Gather user feedback through various mediums to enhance the user experience and messaging effectiveness.
- Translate findings to drive prioritization and positioning within product and growth strategies.
- Growth & Retention
- Devise lifecycle programs targeting user activation, trading volume, and sustainable retention.
- Create promotions, incentive programs, and rewards to promote engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with data, analytics, and product teams to optimize onboarding and reactivation workflows.
- Performance & Reporting
- Set KPIs with Growth and Product teams encompassing funnel metrics, retention, and campaign impact.
- Leverage tools like GA4, Tableau, and Mixpanel for robust reporting and iterative analysis alongside analytics and product personnel.
Requirements
- 3- to 5-year experience in product marketing, preferably within the crypto industry.
- Track record of successfully launching and scaling B2C products/platforms with sustainability in adoption and revenue growth.
- Proficiency in communication, copywriting, and simplifying complex concepts into converting narratives.
- Strong collaborative skills, fast-paced environment experience, and action-oriented approach.
- Analytical proficiency in marketing analytics and user research.
- Exposure to regulated industries or financial services deemed advantageous.
- Familiarity with community-oriented growth strategies or cryptocurrency a plus.
