Description
Crypto.com is seeking a Growth Marketing Hacker to enhance global user growth and engagement for the Exchange App by developing and executing go-to-market strategies and product positioning. This role entails collaborating with product, data, and creative teams to create compelling narratives that resonate with users worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Positioning:
- Collaborate with product and strategy teams to steer the Exchange (Advanced) vertical roadmap.
- Create unique value propositions to differentiate the platform in the competitive market.
- Define user personas and tailored journeys in partnership with data, analytics, and product teams.
- Lead creative/copy positioning and brief submissions to support impactful and localized campaigns.
- Align with product managers on roadmap priorities and customer feedback.
- Launch Execution:
- Manage go-to-market planning for feature launches in partnership with the product team.
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns across various channels for UA to execute.
- Ensure campaigns are timely, scalable, and data-informed through collaboration with marketing, growth, and product teams.
- Coordinate messaging adaptation for region-specific rollouts with local market teams and growth.
- Customer Insights & Market Intelligence:
- Analyze market trends and conduct competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities and threats.
- Conduct user interviews, feedback loops, and surveys to improve user experience and messaging.
- Share insights with product and growth teams to inform prioritization and positioning.
- Growth & Retention:
- Design lifecycle programs to drive user activation, trading volume, and retention.
- Conceptualize promotions and incentive programs to boost engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with data, analytics, and product teams to optimize onboarding and reactivation flows.
- Performance & Reporting:
- Define KPIs across funnel metrics, retention, and campaign impact in collaboration with Growth and Product teams.
- Utilize reporting tools like GA4, Tableau, Mixpanel to iterate quickly with analytics and product teams.
Requirements:
- 3-to-5 years of product marketing experience, preferably in the crypto sector.
- Track record of successfully launching and scaling B2C products/platforms and driving sustainable adoption and revenue growth.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas and drive conversions.
- Collaborative mindset with experience in cross-functional teamwork within fast-paced environments.
- Analytical proficiency in marketing analytics and user research.
- Experience in regulated industries or financial services is advantageous.
- Additional bonus: Exposure to community-led growth or being crypto native.
