Description
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute the product marketing strategy for the spot trading and crypto card verticals.
- Create persuasive messaging and unique value propositions to establish differentiation in a competitive market.
- Define user personas, use cases, and customer journeys for targeted marketing efforts.
- Launch Management:
- Drive Go-to-Market (GTM) planning for new features and product launches, collaborating with various teams such as product, design, communications, and growth.
- Produce impactful marketing materials for multiple channels including website, email, social media, in-app, and video content.
- Work closely with PR, content, and community teams to promote and amplify launches externally.
- Customer Insights & Market Analysis:
- Collect and analyze market research, competitive landscape, and user feedback to guide marketing strategies.
- Conduct interviews, surveys, and tests to uncover valuable insights that enhance product development and messaging.
- Growth Strategies & Retention:
- Partner with growth and lifecycle teams to create effective acquisition and retention campaigns.
- Enhance conversion rates and user onboarding experiences through data-driven experiments.
- Identify opportunities to increase engagement with new features, rewards, and card incentives.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like GA4, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
- Make iterative improvements based on data analysis and feedback.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of product marketing experience, preferably in fintech, crypto, or high-growth tech sectors.
- Demonstrated success in launching and scaling B2C financial products or platforms.
- Proficient understanding of centralized exchanges, crypto spot trading, and payment card ecosystems.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts and creating compelling narratives.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in marketing analytics and user research.
- Experience in regulated industries or financial services is advantageous.
- Bonus: Familiarity with DeFi, Web3 wallets, or community-driven growth models.
