Description
As the Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic positioning, GTM strategy, and marketing activities for our spot trading platform and crypto card product. Acting as the champion of the customer, you will collaborate with product, growth, and creative teams to develop compelling narratives and data-driven campaigns that enhance adoption, retention, and credibility. This role combines the strategic acumen of a product leader with the storytelling skills of a creative expert.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and execute the product marketing roadmap for spot trading and crypto card areas
- Create engaging messaging and unique value propositions to stand out in the market
- Define user personas, use cases, and customer journeys.
- Launch Execution
- Lead the GTM strategy for product launches, coordinating with product, design, communication, and growth teams
- Produce impactful marketing assets for various platforms like the website, email, social media, in-app, and video
- Collaborate with PR, content, and community teams to promote launches externally
- Customer Insights & Market Intelligence
- Collect and analyze market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to steer strategy
- Conduct interviews, surveys, and tests to discover insights for product and messaging improvements
- Growth & Retention
- Collaborate with lifecycle and growth teams to create acquisition and retention campaigns
- Enhance conversion rates and onboarding experiences through data-driven experiments
- Recognize opportunities to increase engagement with new features, rewards, and card incentives
- Performance & Reporting
- Establish KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools such as GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.
- Implement swift changes based on data and feedback.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in fintech, crypto, or high-growth tech startups.
- Demonstrated success in launching and expanding B2C financial products or platforms
- In-depth knowledge of centralized exchanges, crypto spot trading, and payment card ecosystems
- Strong communication and copywriting abilities to simplify complex ideas and drive conversions
- Proven collaborative skills and experience working in fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams
- Analytical mindset with expertise in marketing analytics and user research
- Experience in regulated industries or financial services is advantageous
- Bonus: Familiarity with DeFi, Web3 wallets, or community-driven growth.
