The Uniswap Labs team, pivotal in the development of the Uniswap Protocol, now focuses its efforts on creating a range of products to bolster the Uniswap Labs ecosystem. Situated in SoHo in New York City, we offer the flexibility to work remotely either partially or entirely, depending on the role.

We are currently seeking an energetic, team-oriented, and communicative product marketer to lead the end-to-end lifecycle and storytelling that contributes to the market positioning of some key products.

This candidate will collaborate closely with our product, growth marketing, and content leaders to craft innovative, impactful, and relevant marketing initiatives.

The role necessitates an in-depth comprehension of web2 and web3 marketing strategies, exceptional writing capabilities, experience in product positioning, user segmentation, and the knack for generating creative messaging. This position holds responsibility for interdepartmental collaboration to ensure that each feature launch and update propels Uniswap forward.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute go-to-market strategies for new strategic releases
  • Determine the target audience, positioning, messaging, and channel strategy with clear objectives and insights
  • Manage various aspects of the product marketing lifecycle: target outreach, segmentation strategy, educational campaigns, and partnership initiatives within the ecosystem
  • Develop campaigns driven by customer insights that enhance our brand and resonate with our audience
  • Maintain consistent communication of unique value propositions across all channels and campaigns
  • Establish a deep understanding of the Uniswap community and competitive environment, becoming a respected team resource
  • Develop and curate Uniswap personas, monitor and analyze the competitive landscape
  • Employ quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate and report on the effectiveness of product marketing efforts
  • Collaborate effectively within a small marketing team and partake in diverse projects, audience segments, and initiatives as necessary

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of Product Marketing experience, specializing in technical B2C products, particularly in fintech and/or web3
  • Passion for crypto, DeFi, and Web3 as transformative entities, and personal or professional involvement in self-custody wallets, dApps, NFTs, or DAOs
  • Ability to lead through influence, cultivate strong relationships within technical teams, and drive alignment across departments
  • Exceptional written communication skills with a penchant for comprehensive documentation
  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple concurrent projects effectively

Annual salary ranging from $124,000 to $170,500 for full-time positions (Transparent according to New York City's Pay Transparency Law). Full-time employees at Uniswap Labs may also benefit from other forms of compensation, including equity, tokens, and benefits, depending on the role.

Employment benefits for full-time Uniswap Labs employees comprise flexible and encouraged time off, company-covered medical, dental, & vision benefits for employees and dependents, gym subsidies, 401(k) participation, a yearly $1,500 education stipend, up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave, home office setup allowance for remote workers, and daily lunches at the NY headquarters (Subject to applicable taxes and eligibility requirements).
