Product Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager who can devise strategic approaches to gain dominance in the market and lead projects to achieve success. This role calls for developing go-to-market strategies, understanding target customers extensively, and influencing product development, marketing, and sales initiatives. We are looking for individuals who can skillfully blend strategy with execution, communicate effectively with clients and our team, and deliver compelling messages.
Responsibilities:
Go-to-Market
Shape messaging and positioning to increase awareness and adoption.
Gain expertise on customers, market trends, and competitors through thorough research.
Develop go-to-market strategy and execute launch plans.
Foster relationships with various stakeholders across functions for effective communication.
Sales Enablement
Collaborate with Sales to create sales collateral, enhance market differentiation, and drive product adoption.
Product
Partner with Product Management to prioritize the product roadmap.
Develop product release communications strategy to boost product adoption.
Keep all relevant teams informed of product activities through internal communications or training.
Marketing
Assist in planning campaigns and lead nurturing to generate more leads and improve conversions.
Collaborate with PR and Content teams to create content that positions the company favorably.
Engage industry analysts to highlight the company's market position and preference among clients.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of professional marketing experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of product marketing experience in SaaS or finance.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Experience in crypto, fintech, etc. is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Independent worker, taking ownership of personal and team objectives.
- Collaborative, proactive communicator, and effective problem solver.
