Responsibilities

• Coordinate seamless releases and manage timelines for various product offerings
• Collaborate with teams to gather and align requirements for successful delivery
• Execute SOPs with precision to ensure accurate implementation of changes
• Identify operational inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions
• Support new product launches and market expansion
• Take lead on specific product verticals as the main point of contact
• Assist in defining, prioritizing, and resolving product issues
• Review customer service escalations and follow up with stakeholders for effective resolutions
• May require weekend and holiday coverage
