Responsibilities
- Coordinate seamless releases and manage timelines for various product offerings
- Collaborate with teams to gather and align requirements for successful delivery
- Execute SOPs with precision to ensure accurate implementation of changes
- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions
- Support new product launches and market expansion
- Take lead on specific product verticals as the main point of contact
- Assist in defining, prioritizing, and resolving product issues
- Review customer service escalations and follow up with stakeholders for effective resolutions
- May require weekend and holiday coverage
