Responsibilities

• Devise and implement data-driven strategies for optimizing creator operations to enhance user satisfaction.
• Establish a sustainable content ecosystem by creating detailed operational plans based on data analysis outcomes, ensuring plan implementation, tracking strategic effectiveness, and making adjustments as required.
• Supervise ecosystem-related projects, managing project planning, progress monitoring, and resource allocation to ensure timely project completion meeting quality standards.
• Monitor progress regularly, report project advancements and obstacles, and propose solutions to address challenges.
• Conduct thorough data analysis and modeling to identify business challenges and enhancement opportunities.
• Develop statistical and machine learning models to support algorithmic strategy formulation and implementation.
• Institute quality control systems for algorithms to ensure precision and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with product, technical, and operations teams to refine algorithm strategies continually to meet business objectives.

Requirements

• Possess 5-8 years of experience in algorithm development, data analysis, or similar fields.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrate strong data analysis and logical reasoning skills to derive business insights from data and offer solutions, with proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, and SQL preferred.
• Exhibit ambition, goal-driven mindset, and self-motivation to work both independently and collaboratively with global remote team members.
