Responsibilities:
Circle is seeking a seasoned Manager to join our EMEA team and oversee the product reconciliation process for stable coins in compliance with regional electronic money regulations. The ideal candidate will have a background in product reconciliation within regulated environments, along with knowledge of blockchain technology and stable coins.
Key Tasks:
- Conduct thorough reconciliation of blockchain data and associated bank transactions to the ledger with precision and completeness.
- Efficiently process high-volume data using reconciliation tools and structured methods to uphold data accuracy.
- Identify, investigate, and promptly resolve any reconciliation variances/exceptions.
- Provide regular operational reports for regulatory compliance and strategic insights.
- Lead monthly attestation processes, collaborating with auditors as needed.
