Description
Our client, a key player in the over-the-top video streaming sector, is looking for a Technical Manager to oversee the development of their corporate site and other web projects.
They require an enthusiastic individual to serve as a product support manager, handling daily operational processes, managing support workflows and requests, and facilitating communication across various countries effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize and automate support workflows to decrease response times and enhance satisfaction levels.
- Take part in management activities to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with support and technical teams to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues.
- Coordinate with team members located overseas to manage and meet operational requests.
- Establish and update standard operating procedures to align team expectations and maintain consistency in service delivery.
- Utilize automation technologies to bolster operational efficiency and efficacy.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in operational management, specifically in streaming, mobile, or app environments.
- Solid background in streaming product development.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to work well under pressure.
- Proficiency in integrating and utilizing automation technologies for process optimization.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaboratively work with multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
