What You Will Do:
- Manage the entire project lifecycle from planning and coordination to execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Collaborate with enterprise clients to outline project scope, requirements, milestones, and expected outcomes.
- Oversee complex implementation projects involving AI orchestration across multiple platforms like Slack, WhatsApp, Teams, web interfaces, and internal systems.
- Lead internal teams focusing on workflow development to fulfill customer demands using no-code/low-code tools.
- Establish and uphold project governance mechanisms to ensure alignment and responsibility among all involved parties.
What You Will Need:
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, enterprise solution delivery, or SaaS implementation.
- Demonstrated track record of success in delivering IT, SaaS, automation, or AI/RPA projects.
- Experience working with major enterprise clients, System Integrators, or partner networks, particularly in regulated sectors like banking, insurance, or public services.
- Proficient in communication, organization, and stakeholder management, with an understanding of agile methodologies, project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Notion), and enterprise architecture principles.
- Educational background in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields; certification such as PMP or ScrumMaster is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English and Cantonese is essential, with Mandarin skills as an additional plus.
