Protocol Test Engineer

Currently, we are actively seeking a Test Engineer to join our team. As a Test Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and dependability of our advanced blockchain solutions. Your expertise in software testing methodologies and meticulous attention to detail will be crucial in delivering a robust and reliable platform.

In this position, you will:

• Collaborate closely with the protocol development and test teams to grasp requirements and develop appropriate test plans and strategies.
• Create and execute test cases, test scripts, and scenarios to verify network functionality, performance, and security.
• Perform various testing types, including functional, regression, performance, integration, and system testing.
• Detect, analyze, and report software defects and issues clearly using bug tracking tools.
• Work in tandem with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve identified issues, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Continuously enhance test processes and methodologies by suggesting and implementing new approaches to boost efficiency.

To excel in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in roles involving Development Engineer or Test Engineer responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Experience in creating clear and concise test plans, test cases, and scenarios.
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems, such as Ubuntu, and proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, JavaScript).
• Understanding of version control systems like Git, and familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology and prior experience in testing blockchain applications would be advantageous.
