QA Engineer

Our QA team is responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive test plans and test cases for functional, regression, and performance testing, focusing on leveraging automation frameworks to streamline the testing process.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and manual test cases using coding techniques to overcome technical challenges and optimize the test cycle.
• Estimate test efforts, analyze and communicate test results, and engage in daily QA activities.
• Enhance and maintain test frameworks, tools, and technologies to ensure high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with Development, Test, and Product Management teams to establish effective test and validation strategies.
• Manage test cases and results, monitor test and defect metrics, and troubleshoot manual test scenarios.
• Contribute to the enhancement of comprehensive test solutions for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Assist in establishing a Continuous Integration (CI) environment and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify areas for process improvement in testing and development practices.
• Uphold high-quality standards in a dynamic and evolving work environment.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in mobile and web testing with a strong emphasis on quality assurance throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Prior exposure to social media, AI, and innovation projects is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to translate requirements and use cases into effective test plans and cases.
• Strong customer focus, exceptional problem-solving skills, and analytical abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working in an agile environment is preferred.
• Proficient in English communication.
