QA Engineer (Crypto.com APP)

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our dynamic team focusing on designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining software for diverse venture projects that complement our primary businesses. The projects are rapidly developed and managed by a lean team. As a member of our team, you will actively contribute to designing various aspects of scalable applications, spanning from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and undertake test plans and manual test cases, with a focus on leveraging code to address technical challenges and reduce the test cycle duration through manual testing.
• Estimate test efforts, examine and communicate test results, and engage in daily QA activities.
• Enhance and maintain the test frameworks, tools, and technologies utilized by the organization.
• Collaborate with Development, Test, and Product Management teams to devise and implement efficient test and validation strategies.
• Execute and oversee test cases and results, and provide reports on test and defect metrics.
• Create, execute, and troubleshoot manual test scenarios across our systems.
• Contribute to the development of robust, scalable, and high-quality manual test solutions for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Identify necessary enhancements in the test and development processes.
• Uphold a high-quality standard in a complex and evolving work environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of QA experience in mobile app testing.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Hands-on experience in developing test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
• Proficiency in manual testing.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
• Knowledge or experience in trading crypto or the crypto/defi world is desirable.
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Chinese is advantageous.
• Preferably, experience working in an agile environment.
