ROLE:

The position of Mining Technician offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team at Foundry, a subsidiary of Digital Currency Group. Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Mining Operations team in deploying, maintaining, and overseeing crypto mining equipment in data center environments.

This role is based at one of our physical locations in the United States.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with the Mining Operations team on proprietary crypto mining operations

Deploy new crypto mining units within data centers

Ensure the ongoing upkeep of the existing fleet of crypto mining machines
Conduct repairs and maintenance on mining equipment using technical expertise

Perform general equipment maintenance and replacement of hardware components

Manage equipment inventory and spare parts documentation

Coordinate shipping and receiving of equipment in collaboration with the Operations team

Set programming parameters for equipment using software systems

Conduct general site maintenance tasks as required

REQUIREMENTS:
