Position Details
This role is entirely remote and requires candidates to be located in Shanghai.
As a Quantitative Researcher at Kronos Research, you will be involved in various aspects of quantitative trading operations, including risk management, account operations, simulation running, and monitoring trading performance. You will collaborate closely with our Quantitative Developers and Software Engineers to enhance our global trading efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Creation of trading strategies across different DeFi and CeFi trading platforms
- Involvement in daily trading strategy operations
- Monitoring trading performance, pinpointing weaknesses, and identifying new opportunities
- Conducting research to test trading concepts
- Building automation tools to streamline daily tasks
Qualifications
- Solid background in a quantitative field like EE/CS, Math/Physics, Stats/Financial Engineering
- 1-3 years of experience in HFT Quant Trading with proficient skills in Linux, C++
- Detail-oriented, proficient with numbers
- Self-motivated individual who takes full ownership of projects
- Inquisitive problem-solver, capable of offering creative solutions
- Strong work ethic and readiness to handle trading issues even during non-working hours due to continuous 24/7 crypto market operations
- Dependable, responsible, and motivated
- Able to maintain high performance while working remotely
- Willingness to collaborate within a team environment that values meritocracy
