What You’ll Be Doing:

• Act as a strategic partner to senior management, overseeing operations in Eastern Europe and the Balkans to support business expansion efforts.
• Collaborate with global teams to drive local market growth through enhanced brand awareness and increased market share.
• Establish local on-ramps and cultivate relationships with regional banking institutions to facilitate customer access to our platform.
• Utilize data analytics to inform and optimize trading user objectives, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with compliance, legal, and government relations teams to enhance regional business operations.
• Develop strategic initiatives and partnerships within the local community, establishing a strong presence within the regional digital asset ecosystem.
