Retail Sales Planning Manager (f/m)

The role entails being a key member of the Global Wholesale team at Ledger, focusing on supporting the expansion and prosperity of the wholesale business. Reporting to and collaborating closely with the Global Head of Wholesale, you will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives, conducting financial planning and analysis, and overseeing the Sales Administration team. Your contributions will be crucial in upholding Ledger's competitive edge in the market and ensuring operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Business & Planning Management:
- Work closely with the Global Head of Wholesale to establish, monitor, and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.
- Assist in crafting and managing the global wholesale sales forecast, integrating insights from various sources.
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers to analyze the profit and loss (P&L) of major accounts, pinpointing areas for enhancement.
- Spearhead the enhancement of data collection and analysis related to sell-out data and inventory information.
- Devise and implement strategies for inventory management to optimize stock levels at partner sites.
- Identify and execute operational process enhancements to bolster communication, reporting, and overall efficiency.
Sales Administration team management:
- Provide leadership and support to the Sales Administration team, nurturing a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance sales administration processes.
Stay informed on the latest industry news and prominent figures.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication aptitudes.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with data analysis tools.
- Background in business analysis, financial planning, or sales operations.
- Fluency in English.
- Comprehensive knowledge of and passion for the cryptocurrency sector, including key concepts, trends, and significant players.
