Responsibilities:
- Marketing Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to operationalize strategies and execute marketing campaigns.
- Collect and report on marketing performance data to aid in improving ROI.
- Assist in daily operational and administrative tasks for seamless campaign execution.
- Sales Enablement:
- Support the sales team in monitoring and enhancing sales efficiency.
- Analyze sales data, provide insights, and participate in sales process optimization.
- Ensure customer satisfaction post-sales and contribute to revenue growth.
- Customer Support Enhancement:
- Collaborate with the customer support team to establish omnichannel support strategies and implement tools for improved communication.
- Address basic customer support tasks, improve response times, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Regularly analyze financial and operational data, forecast revenue, and provide comprehensive reporting.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators for senior management.
- Process Optimization:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability of revenue operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between different teams for cohesive operational alignment and strategy execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in revenue operations, business analysis, or similar roles, preferably in tech or financial services industries.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM systems and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen understanding of and interest in the web3 market dynamics.
