About the Role:

As the inaugural Revenue Operations Specialist at Toku, you will play a pivotal role in aligning and enhancing our sales and marketing processes, systems, and data to drive revenue growth. Working closely with the co-founders, you will collaborate with the Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure our revenue operations are streamlined, scalable, and in harmony with our overall revenue strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Management:

  • Oversee and optimize revenue automation platforms.
  • Establish and maintain integrations between marketing systems and CRM systems.
  • Ensure data accuracy and manage system migrations.

Lead Management & Nurturing:

  • Develop and implement lead scoring and nurturing initiatives.
  • Facilitate accurate lead transfers between marketing and sales.
  • Enhance lead conversion rates throughout the sales funnel.

Process Optimization & Documentation:

  • Recognize and enact process enhancements to boost efficiency.
  • Create and uphold standard operating procedures for marketing operations.
  • Train sales team members on system usage and best practices.

Data Analysis & Insights:

  • Analyze marketing and sales data to pinpoint trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement.
  • Provide data-driven insights for decision-making and strategic planning.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with sales, customer success, and finance teams to maintain alignment.
  • Conduct regular revenue team meetings and offer insights on marketing operations.
  • Support cross-functional projects and initiatives as required.

About You:

We seek candidates who possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing/Sales Ops, or a similar role.
  • Expertise in revenue automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Proficient project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Experience in a high-growth, early-stage environment.
  • Background in developing automation flows within a revenue software stack.

Penalty: Failure to complete this task will result in a $100 deduction from the $500 base compensation.
2. Arranging Project AMAs (Ask Me Anything Sessions)
Task: Coordinate and host 1 AMA per week with new or relevant crypto projects.
Penalty: Each AMA not completed will deduct $80 from the base compensation.
3. Community Growth
Task: Attract 100 genuine, legitimate new members to the official Telegram or Discord group monthly via a custom invitation link.
Penalty: Failure to reach the goal will deduct $50 from the base compensation.
Extra Rewards (No deductions):
4. Partnership Development
Task: Secure partnerships with crypto communities, marketing agencies, or influencers.
Reward: $100–$200 per signed partnership depending on scope and value.
5. KOL/KOC and Influencer Onboarding
Task: Recruit Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) or Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs) to support project launches or campaigns.
Reward: $25–$50 per vetted KOL/KOC added.
