About the Role:
As the inaugural Revenue Operations Specialist at Toku, you will play a pivotal role in aligning and enhancing our sales and marketing processes, systems, and data to drive revenue growth. Working closely with the co-founders, you will collaborate with the Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure our revenue operations are streamlined, scalable, and in harmony with our overall revenue strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Technology Management:
- Oversee and optimize revenue automation platforms.
- Establish and maintain integrations between marketing systems and CRM systems.
- Ensure data accuracy and manage system migrations.
Lead Management & Nurturing:
- Develop and implement lead scoring and nurturing initiatives.
- Facilitate accurate lead transfers between marketing and sales.
- Enhance lead conversion rates throughout the sales funnel.
Process Optimization & Documentation:
- Recognize and enact process enhancements to boost efficiency.
- Create and uphold standard operating procedures for marketing operations.
- Train sales team members on system usage and best practices.
Data Analysis & Insights:
- Analyze marketing and sales data to pinpoint trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement.
- Provide data-driven insights for decision-making and strategic planning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with sales, customer success, and finance teams to maintain alignment.
- Conduct regular revenue team meetings and offer insights on marketing operations.
- Support cross-functional projects and initiatives as required.
About You:
We seek candidates who possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing/Sales Ops, or a similar role.
- Expertise in revenue automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Proficient project management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Experience in a high-growth, early-stage environment.
- Background in developing automation flows within a revenue software stack.
