We are looking for a proactive Relationship Manager Specialist experienced in web3/crypto and finance. This dynamic role involves collaborating across different areas and reporting directly to the CCO. The ideal candidate should have a successful track record in business development or sales within the crypto industry. Proficiency in English and residing in London are essential requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships within the community.
- SwissBorg Ambassador: Act as a brand ambassador for SwissBorg and our products.
- Events Production and Attendance: Lead the organization of local community events in collaboration with key stakeholders in the web3 sector. Attend local events and major web3/crypto/blockchain conferences globally.
- Strategic Growth: Contribute to SwissBorg's growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in web3 and financial sectors.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various teams to ensure alignment and drive business goals.
- Market Analysis: Proactively identify trends, emerging opportunities, and the competitive landscape in the web3 and finance industries.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on business development activities and results.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in business development or sales, with prior experience in web3/blockchain.
- Industry Knowledge: Profound understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi, and the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and fostering business growth.
- Networking Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
- Analytical Mindset: Excellent analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making.
- Emotional Intelligence: High emotional intelligence coupled with strong relationship management abilities.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; an MBA is a plus.
