Job Summary:
Our team focuses on designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing software for various venture projects closely aligned with our core businesses. These projects are rapidly initiated with a lean team. The role involves active participation in designing scalable applications, spanning from frontend user interface to backend infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in development activities including design proposal, architectural decisions, code review, and implementation to resolve complex issues within the blockchain protocol
- Analyze and solve challenging problems across the blockchain protocol
- Collaborate with operations and infrastructure teams to develop high-scale backend services
- Maintain documentation of implemented code and functionalities
- Collaborate with DevOps and ecosystem engineers to enhance the technology stack for long-term engineering initiatives
Job Requirements:
- Passion for developing top-tier products to address real-world issues
- Proficient in various technologies with a quick learning ability and strong commitment to task completion
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, capable of managing conflicting requirements from multiple stakeholders
- Willingness to welcome superior ideas, strive for continuous improvement, and embrace challenges
- Self-driven with the capability to define and accomplish tasks independently
- Open to learning opportunities, collaborative work, and feedback
- Over 5 years of engineering experience with a preference for robust backend development proficiency (e.g., Go, Rust, Java, Erlang)
- Practical experience with fundamental cryptographic protocols like digital signatures, key exchange, and encryption
- Basic understanding of distributed systems and consensus algorithms such as Raft or PBFT
- Interest in or experience with Go or Rust; familiarity with blockchain internals is a bonus

What You’ll Do
Design and maintain comprehensive risk frameworks tailored to Web3 systems (protocol, liquidity, counterparty, smart contract).
Monitor and analyze on-chain activity, market volatility, and ecosystem health to identify emerging threats.
Work closely with treasury, quant, and governance teams to ensure risk-adjusted strategies.
Establish and document risk policies and mitigation plans (both operational and token-economic).
Contribute to internal audits, compliance with applicable jurisdictions, and protocol transparency.
Engage with community and DAO contributors to maintain open risk communication
You’re a Great Fit If You
Have 3–5+ years in risk management, quantitative finance, or DeFi / crypto projects.
Know your way around DeFi protocols, liquidity pools, staking, on-chain analytics tools (Dune, Nansen, Arkham, etc.).
Understand tokenomics, smart contract audit principles, and treasury diversification strategies.
Feel at home reading Etherscan, analyzing TVL, and tracking wallet flows.
Communicate clearly, document well, and think both strategically and hands-on.
(Bonus) Have contributed to DAOs or Web3 protocols before — or maybe you’ve been a degen with a spreadsheet.
