Overview
Our client, a publicly listed Chinese corporation, is a prominent OEM/ODM manufacturer specializing in telecommunications equipment and application products, holding a top position in the industry. To support their global expansion strategy, they are in search of an experienced Sales Leader to drive business growth in South East Asia.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans for expanding market presence in the South East Asia region
- Cultivate and maintain key partnerships with telecommunications operators and industry stakeholders
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the regional sales team
- Drive revenue generation and enhance market share to achieve company goals
- Represent the organization at industry events and trade shows
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth
Requirements
- Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience in the telecommunications sector, with at least 3 years focusing on the South East Asia region
- Track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets
- Proficiency in 4G/5G technologies, PON systems, and automotive electronics
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships effectively
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
