Responsibilities
- Independently oversee projects involving artificial intelligence from start to finish, including gathering requirements, designing, implementing, deploying, and assessing, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and deadlines.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to comprehend needs for AI solutions, identify challenges, analyze goals, and translate them into actionable tasks and processes.
- Prototype cutting-edge AI-driven security solutions using advanced techniques in deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.
- Create scalable AI solutions for operational use, transforming prototypes into robust systems that can support a growing user base.
- Automate security processes for Security and Privacy teams to enhance decision-making and streamline operations.
- Assess AI model performance via thorough testing, comparison, and iterative improvements to boost reliability and precision.
- Enforce best practices and security standards for the development and deployment of AI models, ensuring alignment with ethical guidelines and addressing risks related to cyber attacks and vulnerabilities.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, risks, and compliance issues in AI security.
- Lead security assurance initiatives in both analytical and project management roles, coordinating with internal stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
- Work with internal and external partners to evaluate security risks in critical systems and uphold security standards.
- Document identified security risks, monitor remediation progress, and keep key stakeholders, including senior executives, informed regularly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. Relevant professional experience will also be considered.
- Proficiency in programming in Python, Java, C++, or similar languages, along with experience utilizing frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or other machine learning libraries.
- Hands-on expertise in prompt engineering, natural language processing (NLP), and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs).
- Demonstrated capability in autonomously managing AI projects, covering requirement analysis, development, deployment, and evaluation.
- Experience in setting up automated workflows for security protocols using relevant tools and platforms is advantageous.
- Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, risk evaluation, and AI-specific security practices is a bonus.
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail, an analytical approach, and adeptness at thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
