Responsibilities:
You will play a key role as a Senior Accountant within the Digital Assets and Investments team, overseeing various financial accounting tasks related to digital assets, investments, and transactional flows. This includes reconciliation processes, journal entries, monitoring exceptions, data analysis, reporting disclosures, and continuous process enhancement initiatives. Collaboration with international accounting teams, as well as other functional groups within the organization, will be essential to ensure accurate financial reporting and audit compliance.
Key Duties Include:
- Managing month-end close activities for digital assets and investments
- Conducting variance analysis to ensure accuracy of financial statements and general ledger balances
- Supporting critical reporting requirements and regulatory filings
- Identifying areas for process improvement and driving automation initiatives in coordination with cross-functional teams
- Providing reporting input for product launches and ensuring accuracy in collaboration with various stakeholders
- Contributing to the adoption of digital assets accounting software and ERP systems
- Assisting in SOX compliance, audit preparations, and tax-related obligations
- Conducting special ad-hoc accounting analyses and projects as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- Minimum 4+ years of accounting experience; Big 4 and CPA preferred
- Expertise in detailed reconciliations, technical accounting, and compliance regulations
- Strong organizational skills, proactive mindset, and propensity for process enhancements
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively
- Upholding high ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality
- Proficiency or familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite platforms
Additional Details:
- Position eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates
- Starting pay range: $102,500 - $137,500 with an annual bonus target of 12.5%
