Senior AI Engineer (Engineering Productivity)

We are seeking a skilled Senior AI Engineer to join our Engineering Productivity team. This role is dedicated to utilizing AI/LLM technologies to enhance the software development process for our engineers. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing AI-powered tools and systems to significantly boost development speed throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Design and create AI-driven developer tools to enhance engineering efficiency company-wide
• Deploy LLM-based applications to streamline internal workflows, from coding to deployment to incident response
• Optimize AI-assisted CI/CD pipelines for improved testing, build failure prediction, and deployment risk assessment
• Develop internal knowledge retrieval systems using RAG technology for quick codebase and documentation searches
• Evaluate and integrate state-of-the-art LLMs for various engineering use cases
• Define metrics and conduct A/B testing to measure the impact of AI tools on developer productivity
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify automation opportunities with significant impact

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years of focus on AI/ML engineering
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, including prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning (SFT/RLHF), and AI Agent frameworks
• Proficiency in Python; familiarity with Go, Java, or TypeScript is a bonus
• Solid experience in building production-grade AI applications
• Knowledge of code analysis tools and techniques such as AST parsing and static analysis
• Understanding of modern CI/CD systems and DevOps practices
• Strong system design skills with the ability to architect scalable and reliable services
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a practical, results-oriented approach

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in building AI coding assistants or developer productivity tools
• Familiarity with code embedding models and code search systems
• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects
• Publications in relevant fields like NLP, code intelligence, and SE + AI
• Exposure to the Web3/crypto industry
