Senior Back-End Engineer, Institutional OTC

We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our Institutional team based in Singapore. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop low-latency, scalable, and high-performance trading services using RUST, such as Order Management System (OMS), exchange gateways, and risk management systems.
• Improve and maintain OMS functionality to ensure efficient order execution, routing, and management in a high-frequency trading setting.
• Collaborate within a dynamic engineering team dedicated to continuous enhancement and innovation of cutting-edge systems.
• Be actively involved in the cryptocurrency exchange ecosystem, constructing new financial services, systems, and architectures.
• Engage with various low-latency, high-throughput techniques and algorithms.
• Prioritize security in all operations by utilizing advanced encryption methods to safeguard user and company data.
• Work closely with other tech teams to deliver top-quality products and boost overall performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Possess a natural curiosity and thrive on mastering new technologies.
• Proficient in C++ and/or Rust.
• Experience with Python and SQL.
• Proficiency in any of the following programming domains:
  • Multithreading
  • Network programming, including multicast
  • Performance benchmarking and tuning
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality software, embedding testing in the development process from inception.
• Background in trading systems architecture, including familiarity with OMS, exchange gateway connectivity, market data processing, and high-throughput, low-latency systems.
• Pragmatic approach to resolving complex issues with clean and efficient solutions.
• Fundamental understanding of algorithms, data structures, databases, and distributed systems.
