We are seeking a passionate individual to join our dynamic team focused on designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing software for various venture projects. These projects are closely tied to our core businesses and are rapidly developed with a lean team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing components for scalable applications, spanning from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Engage in backend service and operation development, including proposing architectural decisions, design participation, code implementation, and conducting product reviews within the realm of bridging technologies for developers and end-users.
- Enhance our products and extend their reach to new regions and countries, particularly in areas such as user onboarding, KYC, and EDD.
- Identify and resolve complex issues within large-scale backend infrastructure to ensure seamless operations.
- Deliver reliable and real-time trading information streams to our customers.
- Offer technical operational support to address customer issues effectively.
- Take ownership of projects and foster innovation by exploring new technologies and fostering a culture of experimentation.
- Collaborate closely with the DevOps and Infrastructure teams to enhance the technology stack for long-term engineering projects.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed code and functionalities.
Requirements
- Proficient in Ruby and Golang, with additional experience in other programming languages being a plus.
- Demonstrable project experience in areas like user onboarding, KYC, EDD, and other functionalities such as referral, affiliate, and reward services.
- Passion for building high-quality products to solve real-world problems, with a keen interest in various technologies, self-motivation, and a proactive mindset to drive results.
- Willingness to embrace innovative ideas, drive continuous improvement, and adapt to challenges and opportunities.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage conflicting requirements from diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of financial domain and Blockchain technology is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Postgres, Redis, and Kafka preferred.
- Experience in handling scalability, security, and performance optimization is a significant asset.
