The Role
As a Business Development Associate at Ethena Labs, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of USDe, USDtb, and other core products through building partnerships, integrations, and fostering relationships. You will collaborate with the Commercial team to establish relationships, onboard partners, and facilitate integrations to expand Ethena's product offerings to new users and capital pools.
This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and extensive knowledge of stablecoins and decentralized finance. The ideal candidate will also possess a robust network within the industry, including other operators, investors, and traders.
What You’ll Do
- Source, evaluate, and close partnership opportunities to enhance the adoption of USDe and other Ethena products within DeFi, exchanges, wallets, and fintech platforms.
- Cultivate relationships with key players such as liquidity providers, payment processors, and blockchain foundations.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to onboard partners and facilitate integrations.
- Stay informed about market trends in asset issuance, DeFi, and regulations to guide business strategies.
- Manage the partnership process from initial outreach and negotiation to legal review and go-to-market coordination.
- Work closely with marketing, legal, and compliance teams to coordinate co-marketing efforts and ensure alignment with partners.
