Senior Brand Designer
Our marketing team is responsible for creating large-scale initiatives that have a global reach. We have an opportunity to lead the industry and work in a flexible and dynamic environment, while also forming strategic partnerships.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Global In-house Brand Studio as a Senior Brand Designer. In this role, you will play a key role in shaping our brand's visual identity and contributing to the growth of our rapidly expanding company. Your ability to inspire through visual design is crucial.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Creative Director to create visually impactful content for brand communications and campaigns
- Design high-quality graphics for various media platforms, such as social media, print, video storyboards, etc.
- Take part in the entire design process, from ideation to implementation, and effectively communicate design concepts
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance our brand presence in collaboration with partners, product marketing, and growth teams
- Maintain consistent branding across all channels and continuously evolve the design approach
- Design content for partners within the sports industry, ensuring brand consistency
- Research and create AI-assisted visuals to meet our standards of quality
- Collaborate with Creative Directors, Account Managers, and Strategic Planners to design assets for different channels
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously on an international scale
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a creative agency or in-house design studio, preferably with a focus on campaigns
- Showcase of design and conceptual abilities through an online portfolio or presentation
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude and ability to get things done
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other graphic applications
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, including AI-assisted creative work
- Strong attention to detail and ability to captivate visually
- Experience in motion graphics, video editing, and art direction is a plus
- Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency market is advantageous
- Must be located in the APAC (Asia-Pacific) region
