Senior Brand Designer
Our dynamic marketing team creates large-scale initiatives that reach a global audience. We're looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Global In-house Brand Studio as a Senior Brand Designer. In this role, you'll have the exciting opportunity to shape our brand's visual identity and contribute to the growth of our rapidly expanding company. We're seeking someone who can inspire others through their visual creations and embodies a true passion for design.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Creative Director to create visually impactful content for brand communication and campaigns.
- Design exceptional and original graphics for various media, including campaign visuals, video storyboards, social media, and print.
- Collaborate with the team from ideation to implementation, effectively communicating design ideas.
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance our brand in collaboration with partners, product marketing, and growth teams.
- Maintain a consistent brand look across different channels while continuously evolving designs.
- Design partner content to ensure brand consistency, particularly in the sports world.
- Research and create AI-assisted visuals to meet our high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with Creative Directors, Account Managers, and Strategic Planners on design projects across multiple channels.
- Work on diverse projects simultaneously in an international setting.
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of experience in a creative agency or in-house design studio, preferably with a focus on campaigns.
- Online portfolio or presentation demonstrating design and conceptual abilities.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude to getting things done.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other graphic applications.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, including AI-assisted creative work.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to captivate audiences visually.
- Experience in motion graphics, video editing, and art direction is a plus.
- Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency market as an enthusiast is advantageous.
- Must be located in the APAC region.
