Senior Brand Designer

We are in search of a highly driven individual to join our Global In-house Brand Studio as a Senior Brand Designer. In this role, you will play a key part in defining our brand identity, influencing its visual language, and supporting the growth of our rapidly expanding brand. Your creative flair should inspire others, exemplifying a strong creative spirit.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Creative Director to create impactful visual content for brand communication and campaigns
- Produce high-quality, original graphics across various media platforms, including campaign visuals, social media assets, video storyboards, and print materials
- Engage in the entire design process from concept development to execution, effectively communicating design concepts within the team
- Contribute innovative design ideas to enhance the brand in collaboration with partners, product marketing, and growth teams
- Ensure consistent branding across all channels, evolving designs as needed
- Design partner content while maintaining brand consistency, particularly in the sports industry
- Explore and create AI-assisted visuals to meet established quality standards
- Collaborate with Creative Directors, Account Managers, and Strategic Planners to design assets for multiple channels
- Manage diverse international projects simultaneously
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a creative agency or in-house design studio, preferably with a focus on campaigns
- Showcase design and conceptual abilities through an online portfolio or presentation
- Proactive with a strong work ethic, eager to deliver results
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design software applications
- Stay updated on current design trends, including AI-assisted creative technologies
- Attention to detail, with a flair for captivating visual storytelling
- Experience in motion graphics, video editing, and art direction is desirable
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets and a strong interest in the crypto sector is a plus
