Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Developer Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in our Demand Generation team at Circle. In this position, you will lead the development and execution of demand generation strategies for our Web3 Services and Circle Infrastructure products. Success in this role depends on your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, aligning closely with developer marketing, product marketing, and product teams.
Overview of Tasks:
- Oversee demand generation initiatives for Web3 Services Products, optimizing approaches to engage our target audience effectively.
- Drive awareness and product adoption among developers through coordinated marketing campaigns.
- Manage product launches in collaboration with internal teams to ensure successful rollout.
- Align closely with developer marketing, product marketing, and product teams to define strategies and objectives.
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with our goals and OKRs.
- Stay informed of industry trends and competitive landscape to shape marketing strategies accordingly.
- Evaluate and report on the performance of developer demand generation strategies against defined goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders within the organization and the developer community.
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Developer Marketing or Product Marketing.
- Expertise in product launches, developer marketing, and a background in the crypto industry.
- Proven track record of successfully executing product launch plans that drive widespread adoption.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Excellent collaboration skills to engage with leaders across functions and drive positive outcomes.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ownership mindset towards key projects and achieving product adoption goals.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills encompassing verbal, listening, and written communication.
- Demonstrated success in navigating complex business environments and executing strategies efficiently.
- Familiarity with tools like 6Sense, Seismic, HubSpot, Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite is advantageous.
- Willingness to engage in work-related travel.
- Proficiency in oral and written English; bilingualism is a plus.
Additional Information:
This position offers day-one PERM sponsorship for eligible candidates.
Compensation Package:
- Base Pay Range: $160,000 - $207,500
- Annual Bonus Target: 17.5%
- Equity & Benefits included (such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans).
- Discretionary vacation policy, 10 paid sick leave days per year, and 11 paid holidays per year in the U.S.
